Coaching in the Public Sector
A young woman employed in the NSW public sector lacked self-confidence despite being talented, capable and having over 10 years experience in her organisation. She came to Marana Consulting Group for a series of five coaching sessions over several months. The goals set by the participant were around assertive communication, job seeking/interview skills, presentation skills and management of poor performers. By the end of the coaching series she had been successful in winning a promotion and senior managers in her organisation commented positively on her renewed confidence and enthusiasm.
