Patricia Healy

Patricia Healy  – Director of Marana Consulting Group

Patricia has an impressive career history encompassing engineering project management, people management and human resources consulting.  For over 18 years she has assisted a range of organisations in both private and public sectors to improve their performance through developing and implementing effective human resources solutions.  Patricia has been involved in the project management and change management of a number of major outsourcing contracts as part of business and government reform, including restructuring, implementing procedures and systems often with large training and development components.

Patricia has a passion for improving the project management expertise in organisations and developing the potential and skills of leaders and managers through training and coaching.  Her expertise includes performance management and assisting organisations, managers and individuals identify areas to improve and then implement performance improvement plans.

‘The challenge for me is to devise ways for people to acquire knowledge, skills and expertise as quickly and efficiently as possible and enjoy the process!  I want people to walk away from any workshop or coaching with skills and techniques they feel confident to apply directly to better manage their own workplace situations.’
